During May, our team completed the formwork for the slab levels and the floor cycle, and we are now in the process of pouring the concrete slabs.

This photo was taken last Saturday when the concrete was being poured on the commercial side of Level 4 looking across the Swan River.

The One Richardson building is taking shape as work on the construction site continues. It is beginning to resemble an apartment complex more and more.

• Site works are now complete.
• Post tensioned suspended slab to residential first level deck is now installed.
• Slab on the ground to commercial tower is currently underway.
• Installation of AFS to the boundary neighboring walls is now complete.
• Installation of concrete columns to the Ground Floor including reinforcement and formwork are 80% complete.
• Installation of services is progressing, as the slabs are being poured.

• Earthworks are close to completion, with the dewatering spears and equipment scheduled to be removed from site on 19 December 2022. This is a significant milestone for the project.
• The pouring of concrete slab on the ground is progressing well.
• Installation of AFS wall has commenced.
• Installation of reinforcement to columns has commenced and progressing well.
• Formwork to sheer walls to Ground Floor has commenced.
• Core to residential is complete.

The first two months of construction consisted of a lot of cleanup and preparation work including the fill importation and basement wall reinforcement. Once this initial phase is complete, we’ll start to see a few more exciting changes on site at One Richardson.
