July was a productive month for the construction team, with the progress and completion of several works, including:

• Internal Wall Sheeting up to Level 7 (100% complete).
• Internal Wall Framing up to Level 7 (100% complete).
• Internal Wall Framing Levels 8 – 13 (90% complete).
• External Façade Cladding (90% complete).
• Flooring & Painting Levels 3 – 6 (90% complete).
• Service – Fire, Hydraulic & Elec (45% complete).
• AFS Walls (95% complete).

One Richardson is steaming towards completion, and we are thrilled to see the building nearing its final stages.

May was a busy month for the building team, with them making headway on a vast number of works, including:

• Suspended slabs (100% complete).
• Painting Levels 3-6 (90% complete).
• Tiling Levels 3-6 (40% complete).
• Flooring Levels 3-6 (20% complete).

The team is working diligently to ensure all milestones are met, paving the way for the project to be completed within the projected timeframe.

As we enter the final stretch, it’s exciting to watch One Richardson steadily taking shape, both internally and externally.

Over the last few months, the construction team have been diligently making headway on a number of works:

• Preparation for upper slab pour to level 10 is underway.
• Installation of services first fix has commenced up to level 8 as the slabs are progressively poured.
• Installation of internal stud/window framing and door frames trades have commenced and progressing up to level 7.
• And the installation of external glazed sliding doors and windows to level 6 is now nearing completion.

One Richardson has almost entirely taken shape, a reminder that the final touches for these apartments are just around the corner.

September was a busy month for our team at the One Richardson development site.

Our team completed the suspended slabs and associated service prelays, along with AFS installation up to the 6th floor on the residential side of the development.

We commenced work on the suspended slabs for the Commercial Tower up to the 6th floor and the formworks to underside of the 7th floor.

Finally, we are close to completing the installation of fire, hydraulics and electrical services up to the 5th floor as we progressively pour the slabs.

Progress on site at One Richardson is coming along and we’re now starting to see a building that looks like an apartment complex. Over the coming weeks, our team will be completing the formwork for the slab levels and the floor cycle will be a steady and repetitive process from here on out.

Colour palettes have now been selected and meetings have been scheduled for the final colour selections.
